The Dark Side of Candy

           Walking through the supermarket
the other day, facing a long night of writing lab reports and papers for two writing classes, I came across something interesting.  Dark chocolate M&Ms.  Now I have seen the commercials with the two M&Ms and Darth Vader and thought they looked good, so I bought a bag.  Well, let me tell you, they are good and they make a sleepless night just a little better.
While it isn’t the best dark chocolate out there, it is still a nice change from milk chocolate in a bag.  Although, from personal experience with friends, who like me bought a bag of chocolate to help them through at forty page lab report, people who already like dark chocolate will like these M&Ms.  Those that aren’t fans of dark chocolate are going to feel a little gypped and short changed by the new candies.
Limited edition, I say they should be a main stay in the M&M family, right there next to peanut and peanut butter filled.  I thank Darth Vader, George Lucas, and the Yellow Peanut M&M (the Red one is a little to pessimistic for me) for bringing me something that made a long week of work a little more tolerable.

A light hearted look at chocolate. It's good to have something yummy to help you work through the night. This article does not bring about false expectations regarding these little dark chocolate buttons, but really tells the truth. Well done.
